Abbie has an outstanding ability to intuitively understand the needs of her students and tailor her instructions accordingly. Her knowledge of yoga is second to none and she has an exceptional understanding of the human body and it’s connection to the mind.
I am currently undertaking her Beginners Course which is passing all my expectations and truly developing a love for Yoga I didn’t realise was possible…
Looking forward to incorporating Yoga into a regular practice as I am experiencing the benefits in other aspects of my life.
I have attended Abbie’s yoga classes over the last five years. During that time I have always been impressed by the fresh and creative approach that Abbie takes to yoga. Although she has superb ability in yoga and dance she is able to reach out to everyone, of all ability ranges, and give them positive instruction, relevant adjustments and best of all, encouragement to keep coming back.
Her classes are always fun and alive and Abbie is quite innovative in her instruction. Despite the fact that I regularly attend Abbie’s classes I never find them repetitive. In fact I look forward to them as I know there will always be a slightly new slant by Abbie on positions and technique.
Abbie is also an excellent retreat organizer and presenter. I attended a yoga retreat in Bir, India organized by Abbie. Things in India don’t always go as intended, however with Abbie’s organizational flair and rapport and empathy with the local population the retreat, classes and visit to local attractions went as smoothly as I have ever seen.
